Find Products → Find the Details → FIND IT

Skip the endless menus. Search for what you need and understand what goes with it.
1SecondSearch is building a faster way to identify vehicles and equipment, compare product options, check maintenance needs and find relevant replacement parts. Search by description, brand, model or part number, or explore our two working demonstrations below.

Try 1SecondSearch in Action

Two interactive tools show what happens when we put product identification, useful context and related-part guidance ahead of complicated menus. These are demonstrations, not live supplier inventory or verified replacement-part listings.

See the difference for yourself. Actual lookup times are measured during your visit; any prices and times shown in the illustration are examples.

Challenge the Old-School Parts Catalog

How long does it take you to find one part?

Follow a traditional make → year → model → engine → system → part drill-down. We time your selections, then put the exact same vehicle and part description into a single FIND IT search.

  • Navigate an expandable parts catalog.
  • See your elapsed lookup time.
  • Compare it against one-phrase search.
  • View three illustrative sourcing choices and a related-parts reminder.

TRY THE TIMED PARTS SEARCH →

Identify It. Maintain It. Find Related Parts.

Know what you’re working with before ordering a replacement.

Try our product-reference tools for vehicle VIN identification, ENERGY STAR washer-model lookup, and maintenance checks for common jobs.

  • Identify available vehicle specifications using NHTSA data.
  • Look up ENERGY STAR certified washer information.
  • Explore oil, filter, brake, belt, alternator and lubrication checks.
  • See companion parts and supplies worth considering, only when appropriate.

One Search. More Useful Answers.

Looking for an alternator? You may also need to inspect the belt and tensioner. Changing oil? Check the correct oil specification, oil filter and drain-plug gasket. Replacing an appliance component? Start with the exact appliance model, not a guess based on appearance.

Our rule: identify first, verify compatibility, then suggest related parts. Reference data is not proof of part fitment, current stock or seller pricing. We label missing and unverified details rather than inventing them.

Search Using What You Know

You shouldn’t need to understand a retailer’s catalog structure to describe a product.

  • Product names and manufacturers
  • Part and model numbers
  • Vehicle year, make, model and engine
  • Equipment types and specifications
  • Plain-language descriptions

We’re building toward a search that understands the request before sending you toward a supplier.

Automotive, Appliances & Equipment

Our reference-data foundation is expanding from vehicle identification into appliances, HVAC and equipment model information.

  • Cars, light trucks and commercial vehicles
  • Vehicle maintenance, filters and lubrication
  • Appliance makes and model specifications
  • HVAC equipment and efficiency data
  • Verified manufacturer cross-references as sources become available

These categories are at different stages of development. Searchable reference data does not necessarily include a purchasable replacement part.

More Than a Parts List

We want useful context on the same screen as the product you came to find.

  • Specifications and source information
  • Repair and maintenance considerations
  • Related supplies and wear items
  • Replacement alternatives where verified
  • Manufacturer and equipment compatibility details

Public safety and recall information may also be included where relevant. Food is not part of our general product-catalog plan.

Buy Online or Shop Locally

When participating suppliers provide suitable product data, 1SecondSearch aims to connect a verified product match to its retailer listing or checkout.

  • Product-specific retailer links
  • Inventory and availability when provided
  • Local buying and pickup information when available
  • Clear distinctions between OEM, remanufactured and aftermarket options

Any purchase, payment, shipment or fulfillment takes place with the retailer. Demonstration cart buttons do not place real orders.

Relevant Results, Not Paid Placement

We intend to rank organic product matches by relevance, specifications and verified compatibility, rather than selling higher positions.

Information quality matters. When a specification, part number or fitment relationship has not been independently confirmed, we will identify that limitation.

Optional saved preferences may improve future searches, while quick search remains available without a shopper profile.

Discover Music & Live Events

Alongside product search, we’re planning music discovery with artist information, albums, tracklists and recording details, including independent and AI-assisted music.

Our existing ticket-search demonstration lets visitors explore event results while our product reference system grows.

How 1SecondSearch Works

Describe It → Identify It → Verify the Details → FIND IT

Free reference databases help establish vehicle and equipment identity. Maintenance guidance and cross-reference research add context. Approved supplier data could then connect verified matches to real purchasing options.
